How do I return a product?
Regular priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a credit, exchange, or full refund minus the return shipping fee. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
Sale merchandise is final sale and may not be returned unless the item received is damaged or has been incorrectly shipped.
All returns must be pre-authorized. You must obtain a return authorization number before making a return. You can email us at info@thomaspaul.com.
